Job Description:

As the primary content creator, you will be responsible for ideating, shooting, and editing high-volume, quick-turn content with a particular focus on producing “ugly ads.” These ads prioritize authenticity and performance over high production value, resonating more effectively with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce a high volume of video content and still images for Meta ads, including quick product videos, native-feel photos, and UGC-style posts that cater to the platform’s algorithm.
  • Create authentic, low-production-value content that resonates with audiences, echoing insights from the “Ugly Ads” episode, while ensuring quick turnaround times.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends to inspire fresh content ideas and keep the brand relevant.
  • Rapidly produce, edit, and iterate on content based on real-time performance metrics and feedback, adapting designs and visuals quickly to optimize for conversions.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all content aligns with the overall creative strategy and branding.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
