Remote Co-op Client Coordinator, Tax

Summary

Join our team as a Bench Tax Coordinator and help us deliver exceptional tax services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will provide ongoing support directly with our clients and within our internal help channels. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing the delivery of our tax services to our clients and coordinating directly with various teams internally and externally.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a current co-op program with your school
• Have a high sense of ownership about your work and high performance standards
• Consistently look to improve and are not satisfied with mediocrity
• Enjoy connecting with clients, improving their experience, and being a jack of all trades when it comes to client support
• Be a self-starter who is comfortable taking action where there won’t always be clarity. You have good judgement and always push things forward
• Never shy in voicing your opinions, whether that’s to a peer or any leader at Bench, and you welcome feedback from others
• Work well with other individuals and teams in a flexible work environment
• Be comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with other Benchmates to enhance the client experience

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support directly with our clients and within our internal help channels
• Help maintain the quality of our data environment, ensuring that the Bench Tax Team has the most up-to-date information to make quality decisions on our service
• Monitor and manage the delivery of our tax services to our clients
• Coordinate directly with various teams internally and externally in order to deliver our tax services

Benefits

• Full-time, 4 month, Co-op position
• Total salary will be $49,065 - pro-rated to the length of your contract
