Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in managing social media strategies and channels for brands or businesses
• Crypto Native (Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO)
• Proven track record of experience working in cryptocurrency, web 3, and blockchain as a social media manager/content creator
• Experience in developing and posting content across various social media platforms
• Proficiency in social media metrics and performance analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Run advertising campaigns on company social media platforms
• Formulate high-quality written and visual content tailored for each social media campaign
• Maintain a consistent online presence, fostering brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor and manage the company's brand reputation on social media
• Engage with influencers to amplify brand reach and impact
• Respond promptly and courteously to comments and inquiries on all social media accounts
• Grow Token Metrics social media accounts by 5% a month
• Reach out for interviews
• Utilize graphic design tools like Canva AI and Adobe to create visually appealing content for social media
• Collaborate with product manager to deliver compelling visual stories across platforms
