Requirements

• Experience in similar roles
• You are customer-oriented and have excellent listening, persuasion and speaking skills
• You are meticulous and organised, enabling you to respond quickly and effectively to our customers' needs
• Positive and proactive attitude, commitment and ownership of work
• Sales and negotiation skills
• You are a team player
• Ideally, you have knowledge of digital technologies and are able to understand our sector and its needs
• Knowledge of solutions such as Salesforce/ zowie/ Google suite is an asset
• Excellent French and English skills and desire to work within an international team

Responsibilities

• Implement loyalty and retention strategies for Booksy customers
• Analyze customer behaviour to anticipate and prevent churn
• Propose ideas for improvements to customer retention procedures
• Collaborate with other Booksy teams to develop upsell and/or migration plans
• Conduct satisfaction surveys to assess the quality of customer service and identify areas for improvement
• Actively seek new ways to improve the quality of services and products and increase customer satisfaction
• Evaluate cases, apply discounts or changes to subscription plans
• Provide support on the use of the tool when necessary
• Manage payment issues
• Manage reactivations
• Participate in ad hoc projects
