  • Actively seek new ways to improve the quality of services and products and increase customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate cases, apply discounts or changes to subscription plans
  • Provide support on the use of the tool when necessary
  • Manage payment issues
  • Manage reactivations
  • Participate in ad hoc projects

The CS Outbound Specialist is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of B2B customers in France. This agent is responsible for preventing churn, carrying out upsell and migration activities, and ensuring the retention and development of existing customers.

Responsibilities:
