Remote Customer Service

Summary

Join Teleperformance, a global leader in BPO services with 40+ years of banking experience, and become part of a multilingual investment specialist team. This role involves providing high-level customer service to clients of a leading European digital bank, advising on savings and introducing innovative products. You will handle customer inquiries via various channels, manage back-office tasks, and offer banking products while adhering to regulations. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with fluency in German. Requirements

• Possess valuable studies in Business Administration, Mathematics or Law
• Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Have a C2 level of German
• Demonstrate customer orientation, empathy and active listening
• Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service related to banking issues, account opening, access password locks, transfers, etc
• Manage back office tasks such as answering emails and WhatsApp messages
• Offer banking products
• Comply with requirements of transparency, service information (purpose, characteristics and risks of the different investment products) and client protection reflected in the regulations, both internal and external, that apply to this type of product
• Report and follow up on anomalies that arise in the application
• Comply with the quality standards and sales objectives defined by the entity

Preferred Qualifications

Have valuable (not exclusive) experience in banking
