Remote Customer Success Engineer, Data Security, Implementation, DSPM

Summary

Join our team as a Customer Success Engineer at Normalyze, a venture-backed fast-growing cybersecurity software company, to be an integral part of our team as we rapidly grow our customer base and company. This role will be remote-based, located in India.

Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles, ideally with a focus on security
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI), SaaS applications (M365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Workday, etc.), data warehouses, or similar technologies
• A solid understanding of cloud security best-practices and data security/privacy principles
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of customer queries, from technical troubleshooting to strategic advice on data security
• Isolate and resolve technical issues, while documenting use cases and maintaining proactive communications
• Act as a vocal advocate for customer needs within the company, ensuring that their issues are addressed with clarity and thoroughness
• Provide expert advice on data security best practices, risk assessments, and integrations
• Contribute to our knowledge base by creating technical content, user guides, and community posts that empower users towards self-service and engage the broader community
• Serve as a crucial link between customers and internal teams, bringing urgency and context to all customer interactions to enhance the overall experience
