Summary

Join RepeatMD as a Customer Success Manager and build strong relationships with SMB clients, ensuring they fully utilize our SaaS solutions and achieve their business goals. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 75 accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and driving product adoption, satisfaction, and retention. This role involves client relationship management, advocacy, usage monitoring, renewals support, issue resolution, performance metric tracking, and best practices sharing. We offer a competitive salary, employee bonus plan, comprehensive benefits, stock options, and unlimited PTO. The total compensation range is $60,000 to $80,000.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology setting
  • A strong client-centric mindset, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clients effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and comfort with technology
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success
  • Eagerness to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients across the US, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Serve as the voice of the client within RepeatMD, ensuring that client feedback is heard and addressed by relevant internal teams
  • Monitor client usage and provide recommendations to maximize product adoption, ensuring clients are fully utilizing RepeatMD’s solutions
  • Assist with the renewal process by ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and building client loyalty
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to assess client satisfaction, retention, and product engagement
  • Educate clients on best practices within the industry, helping them optimize their experience with RepeatMD’s solutions
