Requirements

• RN Degree and valid current license
• 5+ years in Management such as Director of Nursing or Operations Management
• Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical skills/background
• 3+ years project management experience, including effectively managing teams and contract resources, delivering results that meet or exceed expectations on schedule
• Experience and familiarity in using PCC products
• Experience and familiarity with using data labeling tools
• Demonstrated ability to quickly master new software, concepts, technologies and systems
• Demonstrated ability to engage, effectively manage, and drive consensus among other SMEs of varying specialties and levels of expertise
• Ability to collaborate and to communicate effectively across functions and levels with internal and external customers, partners and other stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead the project overseeing data labeling and annotation accuracy as well as other complex human-data intensive tasks
• As the clinical adjudicator, resolves disputes and discrepancies among clinical subject matter experts regarding clinical data and results in AI modeling
• Use extensive clinic experience to educate technical and non-technical cross-functional teams about the complex clinical aspects of the AI solutions, promoting their understanding and effective utilization
• Delivers critical insights and guidance to support model experience design and model development
• Use extensive clinic experience to educate technical and non-technical cross-functional teams about the complex clinical aspects of the AI solutions, promoting their understanding and effective utilization
• Advocates for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions by collaborating with technical teams such as senior model development researchers, Product Leaders and AI UXR/UXD researchers
• Anticipates potential challenges in representing clinical concepts in AI models and oversees solution creation
