Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts. Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data technologies (e.g., Flink, Spark)
• Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), data modelling, and data governance frameworks
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement: Create and manage end-to-end data architectures that meet the needs of our business and technical teams
• Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders, including data engineers, analysts, and business leaders, to understand requirements and develop data strategies
• Optimize: Ensure data architectures are efficient, scalable, and secure, optimizing performance and reliability
• Innovate: Stay current with industry trends and technologies, bringing innovative solutions to the table
• Guide: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams, promoting best practices and high standards
