Remote Data/Business Analyst

Join our dynamic team as a Data/Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our client's accounting system by automating key processes.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in finance or a related field
• Some familiarity with the banking sector or its products, and accounting standards (IFRS/HGB)
• Proficient in data analysis, working with large datasets, managing data quality, and setting validation criteria
• Strong business analysis experience, including writing requirements and data mapping
• Experience in process simplification, automation, or business process optimization
• Fluent in both English and German

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of accounting systems by automating critical processes
• Engage directly with clients to collect input and deliver tailored solutions
• Define and implement accounting rules aligned with best practices
• Conduct data mapping, modeling, and analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Utilize and further develop your German and English language skills in a professional setting
