Responsibilities
- Assist Digital Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
- Participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers
- Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partners
- Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
- Generate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Stay current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV
- Support Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc
- Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security
- In conjunction with Sales and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment
- Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events

As a member of the Salesforce Advisory team, reporting directly to the Head of Advisory, you will own the integrity and strength of the marketing solutions recommended. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will provide technical expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms and ecosystem, but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.
The Director is a hands-on technical consultant with the ability to deliver and position solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives.

Required Qualifications and Background
At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce.com projects,
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,
Minimum Salesforce certified:
Marketing Cloud Administrator or Consultant
Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
Marketing Cloud Email
Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
Marketing Cloud Personalization
Administrator
Sales Cloud Consultant
Service Cloud Consultant
Platform App Builder

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prior experience working within a Salesforce Implementation Partner or Salesforce.com
Several Salesforce CRM and 1-2 other cloud certifications
A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude,
Excellent relationship-building skills,
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results,
Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions
Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
Outstanding written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
Work Model – Hybrid (2 days work from office- Office is in Oakville)
Base Salary Range of $150,000 CAD to $175,000 CAD for job posted in Canada
