Remote Division Sales Director, Beverage

Summary

Join a fast-growing, global active health and wellness company as the Division Sales Director, Beverage to oversee relations between Nutrabolt and DSD Distributor Partners, provide direction to our field sales force, and drive execution at retail.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of related experience with a proven track record of distributor and personnel management
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
• Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the capability to train and present
• Experienced in negotiation, trade budgeting, and retail programming
• Pre-existing working relationships with distributor partners of choice and relevant geographies preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Overssee and manage relations between Nutrabolt and DSD Distributor Partners
• Provide direction to our field sales force
• Work alongside our NRS team to drive execution at retail
• Give feedback on, and ultimately carry out, the tactical strategies laid out by the executive team
