Engineering Manager

Summary

Join us as a motivated and driven Engineering People Manager for our US-based Software Engineering teams. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead, shape, and grow software engineering teams consisting of 3-6 team members. Your tasks include managing engineering teams, setting up teams for success, leadership, people growth, and creating an environment that engages and challenges your team members.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in managing technical teams and individuals
• Have software engineering or technical product management background that enables you to drive technical decisions with the team and engage with engineers at all levels of seniority
• Have experience working with one or more general purpose programming languages including, but not limited to, Java
• Have the desire to grow and learn as a manager
• Enjoy growing and developing others
• Find satisfaction in facilitating the success of teams and individuals rather than through personal technical proficiency
• Be a team player with experience at acting independently
• Have working proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus
