Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Strong experience with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules of Dynamics 365 CE
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), with the ability to automate workflows and integrate with other systems
  • Experience in customizing entities , forms , views , and dashboards in Dynamics 365 CE
  • Strong knowledge of data management , including data migration, cleansing, and maintaining data integrity within Dynamics 365
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS
  • Solid understanding of security roles , user permissions , and field-level security in Dynamics 365 CE
  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps , Power Automate , or third-party integration tools for system integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to fit business processes and enhance customer relationship management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement tailored CRM workflows
  • Manage the integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using tools such as Power Automate , Azure Logic Apps , and third-party APIs
  • Design and implement workflows, custom entities, business process flows , and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity and manage data migration strategies for smooth transitions to the Dynamics 365 CE environment
  • Provide user training , develop user guides , and deliver ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption and utilization
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the Dynamics 365 CE environment, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of system issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate , Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate )
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with Field Service and Project Service Automation modules
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or C# for custom plugin development
