Remote Financial Analyst/Junior

Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defense financial analysis, Excel proficiency, and experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Apps.

Requirements

• Education: BS/BA Degree preferred
• The financial analyst(junior)shall have a minimum of one (1) year of general experience in: automated systems to include database maintenance and reporting
• Sound oral, analytical, and written communications skills
• Experience communicating with various levels of personnel
• Ability to anticipate, project, and plan accordingly
• One (1) year of specialized experience in similar services
• Knowledge and application experience of basic finance or accounting principles
• Ability to analyze financial documents and identify problems

Responsibilities

• Responsible for funds control, and funds management to include funds release, creation of MIPRs, purchase requisitions (PR), and interagency agreements
• Duties will also include funds realignment and transfer of funds
