Remote Frontend Engineer (React)

Summary

Join us as a Frontend Engineer (Growth) to play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion of our product, leveraging your Full Stack expertise to implement A/B tests and innovative strategies.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience working with React or other JavaScript frontend frameworks
• Experienced with React state containers (Redux or Flux)
• Experienced with TypeScript
• Experience solving cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Experience writing robust test cases through Unit Test and Snapshots is a must
• Experience working with Ruby on Rails is a plus
• You exhibit a strong understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
• You always test your code, both backend and frontend
• Strong focus on A/B testing methodologies, experience with VWO is a plus
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute code that are directly aligned with growth initiatives, including A/B tests, user engagement enhancements, and conversion rate optimization
• Seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, with a particular emphasis on performance optimization and user experience improvements aimed at driving growth metrics
• Producing clean reusable code that conforms to development team standards and also supports data collection and analysis for growth experiments and insights
• Maintain clear and concise technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure a smooth handover of growth-related initiatives to other team members
