  • Optimize Files for Performance: Ensure that all digital assets are optimized for performance across platforms (e.g., web, mobile, social media), balancing file size with quality for fast loading times without sacrificing visual integrity
  • Leverage Cutting-edge Tools and Techniques: Continuously improve by incorporating the latest design software features and industry techniques into workflow, pushing the quality and innovation of all visual materials produced
  • Establish Design Guidelines and Best Practices: Develop and maintain internal design standards and templates that help ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all projects and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Language proficiency in both French and English is required
  • High school diploma or higher education is required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential
  • Experience in designing for digital advertising, including banner ads, email templates, and social media campaigns is preferred
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines while contributing innovative ideas is preferred
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated creative ability and artistic talent through a portfolio of work is preferred

Salary Range
