Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B software marketing: You bring 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years of driving predictable, efficient pipeline growth for B2B software products/companies using paid marketing channels
  • Exceptional standards for quality and impact: Your campaigns are not only on-brand and high-quality but are structured to achieve significant business impact, with a focus on precision and relevance
  • Deep expertise in paid search and social: Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other key platforms, with experience running segmented, data-driven campaigns targeting technical buyers
  • Growth mindset and forward-thinking: You’re always looking for the next growth opportunity, whether through new channels, partnerships, or technologies, and you’re excited to push boundaries
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys: Ability to align digital marketing strategies with different stages of the customer lifecycle, ensuring a tailored approach to acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth through key channels: Lead paid acquisition efforts across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging channels to deliver measurable results that drive pipeline and business growth
  • Develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies: Build comprehensive, outcome-focused paid media campaign strategies that deliver efficient growth
  • Continuously improve through testing and experimentation: Design and execute robust A/B tests across creative, audience segments and bidding strategies. Iterate rapidly based on data, refining campaigns to drive results
  • Leverage data to uncover actionable insights: Lean into data-driven insights to fine-tune campaigns and present results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate to ensure cohesive execution: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Design, to ensure alignment across campaigns and consistency in messaging that resonates with our customers
