- You have a laptop with minimum computer specs: 4GB RAM, 1440x900 VDR, Windows 7 or higher (PC), Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard
Responsibilities
- Provide magical support to our Guests via text and email using the Kustomer platform
- Reply to business reviews on Yelp and Google My Business, as well as through our internal review process
- Exceed Guest expectations by developing creative solutions to problems and working across teams to solve them
- Stay up to date on evolving processes in order to most accurately assist and support our Guests and Kitchen Teams
- Think of fun and innovative ways to go above and beyond for Guests
- Facilitate the feedback loop with other internal teams such as Engineering, Kitchens, and Marketing
