Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Conduct market research to identify customer insights and trends that inform brand positioning
- Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, maintaining a cohesive voice and identity
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold brand integrity in all communications
- Create and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty
- Monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics to inform adjustments to marketing strategies
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimize marketing efforts
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure brand alignment
- Lead brand training sessions for internal teams to promote a deep understanding of brand values and messaging
- Assist in the management of the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Monitor spending and performance against budget, making adjustments as necessary
