Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Conduct market research to identify customer insights and trends that inform brand positioning
  • Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, maintaining a cohesive voice and identity
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold brand integrity in all communications
  • Create and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty
  • Monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics to inform adjustments to marketing strategies
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness and engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimize marketing efforts
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure brand alignment
  • Lead brand training sessions for internal teams to promote a deep understanding of brand values and messaging
  • Assist in the management of the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Monitor spending and performance against budget, making adjustments as necessary
