The successful candidate will create the framework and manage cross-functional projects that align with our strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven PMO leadership experience
• Hands-on experience in tech and agile organizations
• Mandatory proficiency in Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to create and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Build and Structure the PMO: Establish and implement the PMO framework, including standard processes, methodologies, tools, and governance to drive consistency in project management across the organization
• Create Cross-Functional Organizations: Facilitate collaboration between different departments (e.g., AI, Blockchain, DePIN, etc.) to ensure alignment on project goals and resource needs
• Resource Allocation & Management: Strategically manage internal and external resources to support concurrent project delivery
• Strategic Planning: Align the PMO with Aethir’s long-term business strategy and growth objectives
• Project Oversight: Provide comprehensive oversight for the project portfolio, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of communication between project teams and senior leadership, providing regular updates on project status, risks, challenges, and key deliverables
• Continuous Improvement: Establish a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices in project management, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements
• Training and Development: Lead the development of project management training programs to upskill team members and foster a high-performing project management team

Experience in cloud, gaming, and AI is a highly preferred
