Health Coach

Summary

Join Numan as a Health Coach on our Weight Loss Programme to empower people to take control of their health. You'll work remotely with a team of experienced coaches, delivering high-quality health coaching via chat and calls. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Requirements

• Hold an undergraduate degree in a health or life sciences discipline eg. Nutrition, sport sciences, psychology, sport psychology, nutritional therapy, behaviour change, dietetics, exercise physiology, public health
• Have some experience in health coaching or health advisory roles
• Demonstrate a strong interest in growth within digital health coaching
• Be an excellent problem solver
• Understand lifestyle and habit changes for obesity and weight loss
• Be able to work well remotely, independently and as part of a team
• Have good attention to detail
• Be passionate about digital health and confident in using technology
• Be able to prioritise simultaneous communications with patients alongside other activities
• Demonstrate natural empathy and care
• Be committed to learning & upskilling through CPD

Responsibilities

• Work remotely alongside a team of experienced Health Coaches to deliver high quality, evidence-based health coaching to our Weight Loss patients, via chat and calls
• Manage your own patient caseload effectively and efficiently
• Work regularly with your patients on their Weight Loss journey to educate, encourage and motivate them to make important and sustainable habit changes, based on well researched evidence
• Collaborate with the team on exciting projects within the Health Coaching world
