Requirements

• Experience supporting C-suite execs, team leads, and team members through all aspects of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, coaching others, brainstorming strategic people solutions, contributing to high-performing teams, offboarding etc
• 5+ years of progressive HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) experience
• Strong relationship-building, consulting skills, commercial thinking, and business acumen to influence and challenge as necessary
• Strong leadership skills, an ability to work autonomously, and the confidence to make independent, well-informed decisions
• High integrity, excellent reasoning skills, and the ability to manage sensitive issues with appropriate judgment
• A passion for dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments, and direct experience of working successfully in high-pressure environments
• An ability to see opportunities to create a great experience for our Automatticians and the initiative to move forward with action
• The desire to learn and experiment with new processes and technologies
• The ability to embrace and respond constructively to feedback
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with distributed team members from multiple countries
