Remote Identity & Access Management (IAM) Project Consultant

Summary

Join a dynamic team at Recursion and execute IAM projects that support the company's strategy, improving Identity & Access Management systems and workflows across cloud/on-premise infrastructure and corporate applications. As an IAM Project Manager, you will merge and federate multiple Okta instances, improve identity lifecycle workflows, automate on-demand provisioning workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve RBAC/ABAC.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and other information security related domains
• Deep understanding of security principles and proven track record of successfully leading large-scale IAM projects within cloud-first and hybrid environments
• Expert level experience working with IAM products Okta, AWS, Azure AD
• Expert level experience automating identity workflows
• Expert level experience in Adaptive Authentication, OAuth, OpenID, SAML etc
• Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python) as they relate to IAM products
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving security initiatives and influencing change across multiple teams and disciplines

Responsibilities

• Merge and federate Recursion’s multiple Okta instances
• Improve onboarding, offboarding and other identity lifecycle workflows
• Automate on-demand provisioning workflows for access requests (service now)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve RBAC/ABAC
• Drives assigned activities in project scope status updates and in-scope documentation development
• Mentors and provides knowledge transfer to Recursion team
