Requirements

• Expertise in Swift programming language
• Strong understanding of software development principles, capabilities, and limitations of the iOS platform
• Extensive experience with code testing methodologies, such as unit testing and integration testing
• Proficient in version control systems, such as Git
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and lead each step of the product development process, from ideation to implementation to release while architecting and building solutions that can scale to support millions of users
• See the big picture and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for meaningful improvements
• Raise the bar to make Kaizen iOS engineering truly the best-in-class by improving best practices, producing exemplary code, documentation, automated tests, and thorough and precise monitoring
• Conduct thorough testing, identify and address performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
