Summary

Join our team as an IT Recruiter (Junior and Mid level) to shape, build, and scale our organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment process for Malaysia and Apac region, building a pipeline of top talent, and partnering with hiring teams to develop sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Atleast minimum 2 years full life-cycle IT recruiting experience
• Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude
• Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a global hiring environment (APAC region)
• Experience in bringing and building clients
• Any Degree
• Must be flexible with hours, it's not a 9 am to 5 pm role, must be accessible on phone when needed
• Good English communication skills
• Team player and must be able to meet the targets

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive full recruitment process for Malaysia and Apac region from initial outreach to offer
• Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates
• Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process
• Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies
• Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process
• Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams
