Who You Are:

You are a motivated professional who is passionate about financial services and loves to work in a fast pace environment. You excel at uncovering clients needs and have a strong attention to detail when collecting essential documentation.

What You’ll Do:

• Ability to uncover client needs and articulate value proposition in a clear and concise way
• Collect essential financial documentation from clients
• Foster customer relationships while making the on boarding process as smooth as possible
• Answering client questions regarding BHG, our products and loan origination process
• Maintaining and documentation of client interactions and activities

What You’ll Need:

• Love of a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service and sales experience
• Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
• Detail and task oriented
• High prioritization and organizational skills
• Able to meet performance deadlines and expectations, proven ability to set and hit goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
