Summary

This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, from reviewing applications and coordinating interviews to sourcing candidates and communicating with management. The ideal candidate will possess at least six months of experience in talent acquisition, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. While experience in a start-up environment and in-house recruitment is preferred, it's not mandatory. Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and relentless follow-up
• Ability to prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Review applications and identify best talents as per requirements
• Coordinate various rounds of assessments & interviews
• Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications
• Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
• Any other responsibilities delegated

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Start-up environment
• Experience with in-house recruitment
