Responsibilities

  • Assist the CLO in providing legal advice on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters
  • Support the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under senior guidance
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with financial regulations, particularly AML and KYC requirements
  • Collaborate with the Compliance and AML teams to help implement legal and regulatory policies
  • Contribute to identifying and managing legal risks by providing preliminary insights and supporting proactive legal solutions
  • Liaise with external legal counsel, when necessary, under the supervision of the senior legal team
  • Provide legal assistance to the IT solutions company within the group, specifically on tech and financial sector matters, while learning from more senior colleagues

Your impact: You will be involved in creating a secure and efficient digital system that facilitates online transactions by connecting e-commerce websites or mobile applications with financial institutions, allowing for the seamless transfer of funds between customers and merchants. You will be integrating various payment methods, such as credit cards, digital wallets, and alternative payment options, to offer customers a convenient and flexible payment experience, ultimately enabling businesses to securely accept payments online and manage their financial transactions effectively.
