We're seeking experienced attorneys to work on various corporate law matters, including agreements, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and more. Positions are available in multiple states, with a starting salary of $225K and potential yearly bonus of up to $1M.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in the state they apply to work in
• Must be able to contribute at least $400K of profitable business to the firm

• Agreeements amount business owners
• Work on Corporations & Partnerships
• Handle Mergers & Acquistions
• Work on Banking & Finance
• Manage Debtor & Creditor rights
• Handle Federal, state and local taxation
• Work on Government contracting
• Manage Intellectual property
• Work in the Non-profit sector
• Handle Real Estate
