Remote Lead DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a self-motivated DevOps Engineer who excels in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and reliable systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build robust, fault-tolerant and highly scalable systems that support our growth.
• Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health
• Measure and optimize system performance to push our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovate to improve continually
• Create tools our team can use to do their jobs more efficiently
• Work closely with development and support teams to solve production escalation cases

Requirements

• 6+ years SRE/DevOps Experience
• Experience in setting up & managing infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD practices, Deployment patterns (Having Zero downtime) and relevant toolsets.
• Experience with database systems/techniques - tuning, monitoring, scaling, backups and archival.
• Knowledge of some or all of our tech stack - AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Datadog, ELK, Postgres, RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure principles - load balancing, high availability, server-based and serverless architecture, database configurations
