Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Join our team at Little Otter as a pediatric clinical therapist and be part of delivering high-quality mental health care to children and families. We're looking for full-time therapists who can work independently, have experience in treating common mental health disorders in children, and are comfortable with technology.

Requirements

• Masters level therapists independently licensed in Pennsylvania ie. Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
• 1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
• Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
• Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc
• Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
• Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting
