Requirements

• 1.5-2+ years’ experience in heavy haul/project cargo for freight forwarders, brokers, or trucking companies in the U.S
• Strong knowledge of U.S. logistics regulations and requirements for specialized cargo
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) – this is essential for effective communication with internal teams, carriers, and customers
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with carriers and project stakeholders effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage complex logistics tasks from a remote location

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Quoting: Develop competitive and accurate pricing for heavy haul and project cargo shipments
• Carrier Sourcing: Identify, vet, and establish relationships with reliable carriers to meet specialized cargo needs
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and partners to support ongoing and future logistics projects
• Load & Project Management: Oversee each step of load and project management, ensuring all processes align with client needs and timelines
• Permitting & Surveying: Coordinate with permitting and surveying companies to meet regulatory and project-specific requirements
• Cargo Execution: Manage the full execution of heavy and specialized cargo moves, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery
