  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Identify training needs and support professional development initiatives for team members

Manager, Project Management Team

Department: Professional Services

Remote U.S.  (designated states)

This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Project Management Teams to lead and develop a dynamic group of project managers. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of projects that align with our organization’s goals. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in project management. This role is fully remote anywhere in the U.S.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include holding consistent 1:1’s, supporting career pathing, identifying development opportunities, facilitating performance management and coaching plans, driving team culture, etc
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers.
  • Assigning projects, providing guidance, and monitoring progress to ensure that project goals are met. You may also be involved in recruiting, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
