Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within a tech start-up
- Strong understanding of the architectural and building industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in remote teams and handle multiple projects
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ready to work in US shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Drive new sales and identify potential client leads
- Manage client relationships, ensuring customer success through upselling and cross-selling
- Provide expert consultation on marketplace products tailored to specific build types
- Conduct market research to align marketplace strategies with industry trends
- Work closely with internal teams to stay up-to-date on product enhancements
- Use data insights to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Assist clients with seamless onboarding and ongoing marketplace integration
- Monitor and report on marketplace performance through KPIs
- Deliver client training and resources to enhance marketplace success
- Create feedback loops for clients to improve marketplace offerings
