Summary

Join Blue Ridge Technology as a Senior Electromechanical Engineer and contribute to the development of electromechanical designs with computer and sensing systems. Perform requirements gathering, concept generation, detailed design with analysis, verification testing, and cross-functional reviews. Work with multidisciplinary project-based teams to explore new opportunities and transfer designs and manufacturing for use in other alternative applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, or related engineering field or foreign academic equivalent
• 2 years of related experience
• Perform requirements gathering, concept generation, and cross-functional reviews using Jira, confluence, block diagram, and slide show tools (2 years)
• Design, debug, integrate sensors, electronics, computers using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and communication bus decoder tools (2 years)
• Design and build mechanical, electrical, and harness assemblies with computer-aided design tools (2 years)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose software and network issues with Unix operating system tools (1 year)
• Write, test, and deploy software using an integrated development environment and repository management tools (1 year)
