Requirements

• Qualified as a Medical Doctor, is fully registered with the GMC and have a licence to practise
• Experience in men’s health and/or hormone therapy is preferred. Thorough training and induction is provided for all clinical staff
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information to a non-medical audience
• Commitment to delivering patient-centric care and a holistic approach to health and wellness
• Experience in providing remote consultations
• Comfortable with technology and delivering care through digital platforms
• Passion for providing patient-centric care and improving men’s health

Responsibilities

• Conducting high quality consultations, focusing on men’s health and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
• Interpreting medical questionnaires, histories and diagnostic tests (including blood work) to provide tailored treatment plans
• Providing expert guidance on hormone therapy and overall men’s health
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitoring patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Ensuring compliance with our Standard Operating Procedures, relevant clinical guidelines and safety standards
• Keeping up to date, engaging with continuous professional development as well as mandatory and statutory training
