In this position you will support users of the newest Phillips product on the market - the Phillips Hybrid. Combining both additive and subtractive in a compact, user-friendly package, you’ll be in charge of providing expert programming and manufacturing know-how along with best-in-class technical troubleshooting to customers. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $75,000.00 and $110,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. Able to deliver best-in-class CAD/CAM programming and troubleshooting, both in-person and remotely.

Comfortable and experienced in complete setup and programming of CNC machine tools, from start-to-finish, including the first article inspection.

Ability to deliver technical training to small groups, including at the machine training.

Five years of high-level programming experience utilizing CAM software, including 5-axis or 3+2 programming.

Strong macro programming skills.

Additive or welding experience is helpful but not required.

Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% of the time to locations throughout the United States.

Reside in either Eastern Virginia, North Carolina or the greater Chicago, IL area and be willing to travel 50-75% of the time.
