Requirements

• 5+ years in banking or finance litigation
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, legal databases, and eDiscovery platforms

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, proofread and redline
• Serve as a liaison with clients, vendors, and legal teams, maintaining professionalism
• Prioritize tasks, manage projects, and meet deadlines to support litigation workflows
• Assist attorneys through all litigation stages, including document collection, trial preparation, and court appearances
• Conduct thorough legal research, document analysis, and draft summaries
• Manage and code documents using eDiscovery tools like Relativity, preparing privilege logs and exhibit lists
• Attend trial proceedings, manage exhibits, and coordinate witnesses

Benefits
