Remote Payor Partnership Support Specialist

Summary

Join Grow Therapy as a Payor Partnership Support Specialist and become a key member of our team, providing exceptional support to our Payor Partner Clinicians and Clients. This remote position offers a Monday-Friday, 12 pm-9 pm EST schedule. You will be responsible for answering calls, chats, and emails, collaborating with other teams to resolve issues, and working with RCM and Engineering to address bugs and billing problems. The role requires at least two years of customer support experience (healthcare, billing, or contact center) and one year of phone support experience. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer support (healthcare, billing or contact center)
• At least 1 year of experience assisting customers over the phone
• Ability to easily pivot and multitask
• Ability to adapt easily to an ever changing environment
• Very high attention to detail
• Desire to work in a contact center environment
• A positive, problem-solving attitude
• A naturally empathetic individual
• Experience with/knowledge of health insurance/billing
• Ability to stay cool, calm and collected under intense interactions

Responsibilities

• Answering live calls, chats and emails from our clinicians and clients
• Collaborating with other teams within the Customer Operations Department to help solve roadblocks for our stakeholders
• Working with the RCM and Engineering teams to find resolutions to bugs and billing issues

Preferred Qualifications

• A consultative and empathetic attitude
• An intermediate level of technical understanding
• Experience working with large databases and multiple tools simultaneously
