Summary

Join Deel, a global leader in international payroll and compliance, as our in-house HR expert for the US. You will manage the entire PEO employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, providing high-level support and acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. This role requires extensive international HR experience, specifically within a PEO environment. You will leverage strong analytical and data-driven skills to resolve complex HR issues and improve employee experience. Requirements

  • 7+ years of International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment
  • 3-5 years of PEO experience (working with multiple clients, consulting & guiding them)
  • Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues
  • Data driven: you challenge status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience

Responsibilities

  • Being our in house HR expert for US, and handling all complex people related matters as they may relate to the PEO employee lifecycle at Deel
  • Owning and drive PEO employee lifecycle: onboarding/off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits
  • Providing a high-level of support to our PEO employees, being the first point of contact for any HR related queries
  • Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
  • Providing a high touch local experience where required, and helping the product and operations team create systems that can scale with Deel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus
