Requirements

• Have financial and commercial acumen: Strong understanding of pricing, market positioning and revenue optimisation strategies
• Analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex market data, demand trends and financial forecasts to inform strategic decisions
• Financially astute and Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of pricing, market positioning and revenue optimisation strategies
• Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working across multiple departments including sales, marketing, ecology, finance and land teams
• Communication: An excellent communicator. Engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Technology: understands how to optimise technology, processes and systems to drive efficiency and intelligence creation to enhance decision making

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Habitat Banks (HBs) to ensure individual performance, deliver sales strategy for each HB, and overall performance delivers on financial targets
• Work with sales and pricing teams to ensure pricing strategies reflect the unique characteristics of each habitat bank
• Deliver accurate forecasts, alongside sales team colleagues, for biodiversity unit sales, based on local market trends and developer demand
• Maximise habitat bank value using local market intelligence to enhance the financial and ecological value of each habitat bank as measure against the individual habitat business case (FSON) to deliver maximum value
• Provide a consistent narrative for habitat bank performance and how this will affect demand and supply factors for future habitat bank placement. Ensure “problem” sites are acknowledged early with remedial actions to deliver maximum value
