Available for W2 or 1099, No C2C

Job Description:

Virginia Housing is in search of a Power Platform Developer for their IT division.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Post-Implementation Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Power Automate scripts, ensuring smooth operations after deployment.
  • Script Development: Design, develop, and test new Power Automate flows based on evolving business needs.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing scripts, implement improvements, and ensure optimal automation performance.
  • Documentation & Process Maturity: Create and refine step-by-step documentation, including process flows and best practices for Power Automate scripting.
  • Workflow Migration: Assist in migrating legacy workflows to Power Automate within SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless integration and improved automation.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

  • Software Development Methodology: Understanding of Agile and SDLC processes.
  • Advanced Power Automate Expertise: Experience with both Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
  • Automation Scripting & Testing: Proficient in developing automated scripts and conducting thorough testing to ensure reliability.
  • Strong Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear, comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
