Remote Presales Solution Consultant (R2R)

Summary

Join our sales organization as a Presales Solution Consultant (aka Digital Transformation Principal) to play a key role in HighRadius' journey. You'll be responsible for running product demos, building differentiation collateral, providing input on product strategy, and partnering with prospects and customers daily.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with a track record of success in a pre-sales capacity
• Process expertise in Record to Report (R2R) business processes
• Ability to communicate value to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 companies
• Proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships
• Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative solution advisor with our clients, with a core focus on assisting the sales team in developing and closing new business opportunities
• Maintain expert knowledge of HighRadius solutions to ensure customers have appropriate expectations for products and services
• Create compelling maturity assessments, customer business cases and digital transformation roadmaps that translate to best-in-class customer solutions
• Parter with HighRadius sellers in identifying hurdles and challenges within and come up with appropriate strategies and action plans
• Aligning with various stakeholders in the prospect’s organization and HighRadius internal teams (such as product, marketing, engineering, etc) to ensure we drive value for customers
• Attend industry events, such as user groups, trade shows, and conferences, to meet new prospects and customers
