Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience in Payroll or Workforce Management companies
- Understanding and expertise of payroll regulations, specifically in Australia but global experience preferred
- Experience in working in teams that are building and taking to market 0 to 1 products
- Experience in building operational ecosystems supporting internal teams to drive high quality and scalable customer outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating high-quality customer solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Participate as a critical member of the development and GTM team in developing Deputy’s new Payroll platform
- Design and develop robust and scalable onboarding, implementation, and support processes for Deputy’s payroll platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining business requirements and translating those technical solutions that align with our platform architecture and scalability goals
- Implement best practices for ongoing improvements to Payroll Operational processes
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to maintain technical documentation and provide support for internal stakeholders, including customer support and operations teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to propose and implement improvements to our payroll CX
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Payroll team
