Remote Principal Software Engineer

Summary

Join our LATAM team as a Principal Full Stack C# Engineer and work remotely from Latin America for US clients with Nearsure, a staff augmentation company that values people and culture. As a technical lead, you will guide a team of experienced Software Engineers, dedicating most of your time to coding and another time to mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ Years of experience in Software Engineering
• 6+ Years of experience working with C#
• 6+ Years of experience working with React
• 6+ Years of experience working with other languages such as Java, Angular, and Ruby
• 6+ Years of experience working with AWS Services, S3 included
• 6+ Years of experience working with Eventing Architecture
• 4+ Years of experience working with REST
• 4+ Years of experience working with GraphQL
• 4+ Years of experience working with Microservices
• 3+ Years of experience in a Technical Leadership role

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of highly experienced Software Engineers as a technical lead
• Lead a team of highly experienced Software Engineers as a technical lead
• Create and document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows within Miro or similar tools
• Build and test new designs, formulations, materials, or systems for compliance with quality and/or performance standards
• Evaluate platform performance and take corrective actions to optimize system behavior
• Recommend and research new ideas and prove them out through POCs and POTs
• Work side-by-side with key Principals and Distinguished Engineers to design and build scalable solutions
• Determine operational feasibility by providing analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
