Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the VP of Engineering and the Chief Product Officer as part of the team driving the platform roadmap
  • Stay up to date on the latest development trends, evaluating new libraries, frameworks
  • Provide technical direction and set technical priorities across the organization
  • Develop features and improvements in a secure, well-tested, and performant way, consistently shipping large features with minimal guidance
  • Craft code that raises the standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Advocate for these standards through code review
  • Support and mentor other engineers, contributing to the long-term technical vision and grooming/breakdown of work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Cybersecurity or Networking
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP and/or Azure

What will you be doing as a Principal Software Engineer at SimSpace?

What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Principal Software Engineer, you need to have:
