Requirements

• A well-curated portfolio or case studies
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar software
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
• Well-versed in no-code tools such as Framer & Webflow
• 3 to 6 years of experience designing digital products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Keen on applying user research, user-needs validation and usability evaluation
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design and visual design principles

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of candidates
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for product innovation
• Design user-centric interfaces and interactions that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and user flows
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing product designs
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to improve product usability and adoption
• Create quick MVPs with No-code tools like Framer and Web flow
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to align product goals and priorities
• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations effectively through presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings
• Advocate for user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and continuous improvement within the organization
• Contribute to product strategy development by providing insights, ideas, and design solutions that address user needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define product roadmaps, feature priorities, and release plans based on market feedback and strategic goals
