Summary

Requirements

  • You have a deep interest in how people work - and how they can work better
  • You can make complex topics understandable - and win people over to new ideas
  • You are structured, empathetic and enjoy working in a team
  • You have a degree in one of the STEM subjects, business informatics or a comparable course of study and/or several years of professional experience in IT or transformation projects using agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) - ideally with Google Workspace or similar platforms
  • You speak very good English, German is a plus

Responsibilities

  • You develop smart solutions - by analyzing customer needs and translating them into clear requirements
  • You bring AI to where it makes sense - in HR, sales, communication and product development
  • You accompany organizations on their way to modern collaboration - with Workspace as the basis and Gemini as the catalyst
  • You design transformation projects with heart and brain - agile, customer-centric, effective. You manage international projects, plan the roadmap for AI-supported transformation, structure complex project issues, develop priorities and support migration and rollout
  • You make technology accessible - with use cases, workshops, training and genuine enthusiasm to support customers in the introduction of Google Workspace and Gemini. You engage in proactive stakeholder management and communicate with customers and internal teams on an ongoing basis
