Requirements

• Completed tertiary education (Uni or FH)
• Several years of experience in IT project management, preferably with CRM implementation projects
• Deep understanding and expertise in stakeholder engagement and step-by-step communication
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
• Outstanding German language skills, very good English language skills, and flexible travel readiness in the German-speaking Switzerland

Responsibilities

• Lead exciting projects from analysis to successful implementation of customer-centric CRM solutions
• Project management responsibility regarding quality, time, and budget, together with your motivated project team
• Be a point of contact for stakeholders and present ongoing projects to committees at all hierarchical levels
